This page explains what information Tint Core collects when you reach out to us and how we use it. It applies to this website and the quote and contact requests you send through it.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote or contact request, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, and the project details you share so we can prepare an estimate. We also receive standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you view, which are a normal part of operating a website.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide a quote or estimate for the work you ask about. We do not sell or rent your information.
Sharing
We do not share your information except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
Quote requests sent through the form on our contact pages go to Tint Wiz, the customer-management service we use to handle quotes, which stores them on our behalf.
How long we keep it, and who sees it
We keep quote requests in our records until we delete them — we don't remove them on a fixed schedule. Inside Tint Core, only the two of us who run the business can see them. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools from Google, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. They help us understand how the site is used — for example which pages people read and how they found us — and measure the results of our advertising. These tools set cookies in your browser and share information about your visit with Google.
You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use its private browsing mode, and still read every page and call or email us. Our quote form is provided by Tint Wiz and needs its own cookie to send your request. On phones, tablets, and Safari the form opens on its own page, where that cookie works; on a computer, if the form doesn't load, use the "Open it on its own page" link above it, or call or email us instead.
Data requests
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us at Contact@tintcore.com, and we'll remove it from our records. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
